USER AGREEMENT
GENERAL PRODUCT AND SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Netris Cyber Security, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this disclaimer to inform all customers and users of the following terms regarding any products or services purchased or used through our company:

All products and services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

– Lost profits or revenue

– Business interruption
– Replacement costs
– System Downtime
– Costs to procure substitute goods or services
– Any other damages or losses arising from the use of our products or services
4. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
For products or services provided by third-party vendors:
– We act solely as a reseller/distributor
– All warranties, guarantees, and representations are provided directly by the manufacturer or service provider
– We do not modify, enhance, or alter any existing manufacturer warranties
– Support and warranty claims must be processed through the original manufacturer or service provider
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing or using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree that:
– You assume all risks associated with their use
– You will use appropriate judgment and due diligence
– You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your existing systems
– You will maintain appropriate security and backup measures
6. INDEMNIFICATION

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS
– Unless otherwise specified in writing, all invoices are due [NET-30] from the invoice date
– Payment must be received in full by the due date specified on the invoice
– Subscriptions are due on the subscription date
– We reserve the right to modify payment terms based on client payment history and credit status
– New clients may be subject to stricter payment terms, including but not limited to:
* Payment in Advance (PIA)
* Cash in Advance (CIA)
* Cash on Delivery (COD)
* Partial upfront payment requirements
2. PAYMENT METHODS
– We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Major Credit Card, or other method as previously negotiated in writing.
– Payment must be made in USD
– Electronic payments are preferred
– Checks must be received by the due date, not just postmarked
– We reserve the right to require a specific payment type from any client for any reason
3. LATE PAYMENTS
– Payments received after the due date will be subject to late fees
– A late payment fee of [10%] will be assessed on overdue balances
– Interest charges of [10%] per month will accrue on unpaid balances
– We reserve the right to suspend services or deliveries until payment is received
– Delinquent accounts may be referred to collections
4. EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNTS
– Early payment discounts are available, please contact us to negotiate a discount
– Discount terms must be agreed upon in advance and noted on the invoice
– Failure to pay within the discount period will result in the full amount being due
5. DISPUTED CHARGES
– Any disputed charges must be reported within 5 days of the invoice date
– Disputes must be submitted in writing with detailed explanation
– Undisputed portions of the invoice remain due according to original payment terms
– We will respond to disputes within 5 business days
6. PARTIAL PAYMENTS
– Partial payments are not accepted unless previously agreed upon in writing
– Payment plans must be arranged and approved before the invoice due date
– Failure to maintain payment plan terms will result in the entire balance becoming immediately due
7. COLLECTION COSTS
– Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs associated with collecting delinquent payments
– This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees
– These costs will be added to the outstanding balance
Netris Cyber Security, LLC reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time with written notice to customers. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
